We offer products from artisan bakers that use the finest organic and all natural products in their creations. This means bread the way it's supposed to be: wholesome grains, water, yeast and salt - not preservatives and trans fats. One such baker is Annie's Naturally Bakery from Sylva. The owner, Joe Ritota, a 4th generation Italian baker, uses all organic ingredients for his products. We also love selling Brevard's own Braken Bakery products. They also make wonderful, wholesome bread using organic ingredients.

But we know man does not live by bread alone, so we bake plenty of goodies to tempt you like muffins & cookies We will offer you the choice of regular baked goods and whole grain, trans-fat free items.

Queen City Bakery from Charlotte makes the most wonderful cakes, cheesecakes and bars. Try the Tiramisu Cheesecake or a beautiful three layer Red Velvet cake.

We're always looking to support other local producers and are proud to sell 'Lots of Loaves' pound cakes and other seasonal items made by Tracey right here in Brevard.
